According to the Private Higher Education Act 555 Act, the offering of any academic programmes are subjected to several processes which are as follows:

Approval of programmes by The Ministry of Education (MOE)

Accreditation of the programmes by The Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)

Recognition of programmes by The Public Service Department (JPA)
